Is my heart going to explode?

I eat out at least one meal a day.. either breakfast tacos or burgers.. I eat pretty bland because I got problems. Anyways,I’m not overweight and maybe considered underweight compared to the average American cowboy. I’m not into talking to real medical professionals because they want to rip open my chest and eat my beating heart. So my question is, if I eat out a lot but I’m not overweight then do I even need to worry about this? Or is it too late and I’m about to have a massive heart attack? Depends on how old you are, family medical history, how long you pray to your lord and saviour Gamma, what country you’re in, how much you exercise, etc. Also, the heart is one of the strongest muscles in your body. I think you’d die old as your heart dies before you’d die by squib consumption.

  • Do what you want dude, enjoy life while you can, everyone dies. You could work out every day, eat the healthiest foods and then your brain could decide to have an aneurysm randomly and Boop! Deads.

    • I would recommend cutting it back a bit by at least eating out every other day, just to cut back on cholesterol if anything.

Drink a beer...or Take a baby asprin. Thats what i do when i felt like i was gonna pop. If you smoke, cut down or quit. I went to dip cuz the smokes made my blood feel like it was boiling. Dip is bad but there is no smoke. Dont vape. Vaping did the same as smokes. Too bad too, i liked it. Look into drinking carrot juice. Seriously, it helps me. Edit. Dont take the aspirin with the beer.. One or the other.

    • I used to watch 700 Club a lot. They talked a lot about healthy eating and what actually goes into processed foods. I’m underweight for my age and hight by like 20 pounds and junk food in bulk looks disgusting now.

Yes. Internal body fat is a thing. It can clog arteries and such. I would recommend cutting down a little.

      • Factors matter: Age Family medical history Physical activity Personal medical record Type of food you do eat Volume of the food you eat No one can armchair your health. If you have real concerns, talk to a real cardiologist.
