Deathbringer quest if you finish it is the powerful loot! Meaning you have not finished it yet.

Yes i know but normally you get a powerfull reward and the quest. I did it on my hunter and my titan both got a powerfull reward and the quest just the warlock didn't get the powerfull reward only the quest.
