It wasn't a cross save. Back when in the beginning though, I tried to get my PS4 character over to xbox one, but it wasn't working properly and was canceled. With PS4, you can have your account in multiple Sony consoles, but you can set one as the Primary (like the one you mostly use), and to my understanding, all licenses are set and purchases are done on that specific console. That aside, someone told me to complete to Shadow Keep and the rest should be available to me. I'm hoping that's the case, but if not.... I'll be coming back for more help
