Hi Ethrad. The Flashpoint will become available when you complete the Shadowkeep campaign and reach Power 900.

Can you explain why I cannot access the Flashpoint on a platform where I lack a license for Shadowkeep's campaign? I'm well past Power 900 on all of my characters.

I should edit my response. You need to complete both the Shadowkeep campaign and reach 900 Power to access the Flashpoint.
