Ever consider that not everyone lives in the same time zone? Or more generally that not everyone can be online at the same time due to various reasons (work, school, other hobbies, events, responsibilities in life)? Or that even if everyone was online at once, not everyone wants to play the same activity? Or that due to varying light levels and acquired gear, perhaps not everyone is able to even play the same activities (Raid, NF, etc)? Or lastly, that sometimes not everyone is even looking to group up because they only have time for some quick solo activities? All of those things mean a 100 person clan gets split up into different sections of the day where they can be active, and then split up further into different groups of people they're able to play with, and then split AGAIN depending on what they have time for (solo or group stuff). This takes your 100 members and quickly whittles down the number of those active at any given time. Increasing the cap hurts no one but can help a lot more by allowing for more members able to be online at any given time.

if a member has not been on in 3 weeks kick them. if they want to join your clan does their schedule match anyone else in the clan. if not it would be better for them to find p on their schedule.

87 of my members have been online within the last 3 days and I prune inactive members as needed. In this day and age of gaming and the internet in general, it is common to have become friends with others from far away places, and it's not unheard to, you know, want to game with those people. So your suggestion for them to just find another clan with more members in their time zone doesn't work. The actual solution, is to just increase the clan limit. It literally hurts no one to do so, so I can't see a reason for being against it.

Thanks for your input, however we currently have a 7d offline kick timer in order to actually maintain activity, along with discord activity requirement. So we have a perfectly active clan, it's purely just an issue of member limit. We originally had a 36h inactivity kick timer but we felt like our core group was active enough to loosen the limits slightly. We also cater to three different timezones, all with an average of 20 people who play together consistantly. So limiting ourselves to a specific timezone wouldn't be justifiable.
