I dont have my seasons pass, but i have shadow keep. It was even preordered.

My friend bought this for me as a gift and told me recently I should have the seasons pass because he bought the same version for both of us which includes the pass. Sure enough I checked my version and it says it is included in the bundle, but I haven't received the pass or any silver like the forum says. I'm very frustrated that me and my friend cannot play the arena together. What can be done to fix this? When I started the game on launch my cross save wasn't set up, but I did not create a character. I closed the game and set up my cross save. All my emotes from Xbox were deleted as well, but that's a different problem.

  • The first account to log in to Destiny 2 gets assigned the season pass. Based off your post it sounds like you signed in to Steam first and found cross save wasn't active. Unfortunately that means the season pass was unlocked on the underlying Steam D2 account and not your later cross saved account. Currently there is no process to transfer in-game content between platform accounts.
