SOLVED! at least for me. *after 2 days of marionberry error...FINALYYYY

So I watched this youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iA7fpOa4u0c but the 'fix' doesn't work. I went to the comment section and I noticed the channel owner posted "remember to close your discord" . Then I wondered "why an app would make any difference" mainly cause marionberry is LOCAL NETWORK related issue. So I tried experimenting few things and this works BEST on FIRST TRY:
1. CLOSE(through task manager) ALL NETWORK RELATED APPS (worth experimenting if you dont know) *MINE I ISE ADBLOCKER APPS WHICH IS ADGUARD... I CLOSE IT AND DESTINY IS GOOD TO GO
2. PROFIT

2. What I ALREADY did: basically ANYTHING that you can find as the solution on the internet ( clean installation, change network setting,etc...)
