Powerful Engram bug?
So I looted a powerful engram and decrypted it at the cryptarch. It contained a pair of boots and a healthy finisher mod.
I recieved the boots but I can't seem to find the finisher anywhere. Im thinking it bugged and I did not actually recive it and just dissapeared.
