Me...and it's driving me mad - disabled all firewalls/av/malware
Rebooted router - nothing.
Only thing that resolved it was doing it via GeForce now.
Seems to be no resolution for it anywhere?

Yeah, I did all of that. Even got a new router. Port Forwarding. Exceptions on the antivirus and on the router. Have a 40mbps+ connection. Made sure Windows Security was down. And the thing is, I never had problems on PS4, it's only on PC for some reason, which is where friends play so I was hoping to jump over. Gonna try updating GeForce and running it through that like you did, but at this point I'm hoping I can get a refund if it doesn't change soon. I'm really regretting purchasing the xpac on PC now.
