Please go to your Bungie.net Settings, then Accounts & Linking.
There, you can unlink the Battle.net account that you don't want to use and then link the one you do want to use.

It was not a random happenstance that it automatically used that account; the authentication used the saved cookies on your browser from being logged into the Blizzard website. So, it is an account of someone that has used the computer you used. You can view the Blizzard Battle.net Battletag from the location I linked above under Accounts & Linking. That may assist you in figuring out whose account it is. Unfortunately, if you are unable to gain access to that account, either directly or by you finding the person that owns the account and having them help you, then you will not be able to unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile. Bungie will not forcefully unlink a linked account. If you're trying to set up cross-save, then your only option will be to create a new Bungie.net profile and then unlink/relink the accounts you actually want to that new Bungie.net profile. Just keep in mind that if you go with the new Bungie.net profile, you will lose access to the code-granted bonuses you've redeemed on Bungie.net because those are tied to your current Bungie.net profile.
