Weird because I preordered the digital deluxe edition and it never said that. When I go to my games and apps and click on destiny 2 it shows 3 shadowkeep add ons all say 10 MB and it's already installed. Is this normal? I was told I have to unistall the disc version and install the digital version but I don't see the digital version to install.

Destiny 2 New Light, Forsaken and Shadowkeep are all the same download. Your license is what controls what you have access to. Because Shadowkeep is not yet unlocked it can get a but confused. If you haven't, try launching the Destiny you have installed without the disc in the drive. If it prompts you to insert the disc, go and uninstall it. Afterwards you should be able to find it in your games library. If it's not there, you should be able to download it from your storefront.

Also I turned on my xbox and launched destiny 2 without the disc and everything is fine. It never popped up saying I need to insert the disc. So on monday I have college and I should get home around 1pm est. So do I need to uninstall destiny 2 still? I just want to come home and have everything correct. I am just confused on why the base game will be built on new light now and how destiny 1 and destiny 2 will both be together in New light.
