Because Bungie doesn't want people to see that they actually don't do anything about it.

Clay is Clutch.

He did get banned you know?
-
Not by the normal report system. Because he upset a streamer on a stream. Literally took naming and shaming him by a streamer to get him banned.
-
So what, they only ban people streamers complain about?
-
Yup. They really don't care about the community, and only listen to streamers on issues like that. The in gamer report button does nothing. The streamer, "They upset me!" method always works.
-
Well that's good to know Especially considering that datto video Luke Smith linked in his long posts a couple weeks ago spent almost half the time talking about rampant cheating. So bungie must be banning cheaters left and right
-
Only works when the streamer names and shames them, actually. Report system does nothing. They don't bother with the community, but do listen to the streamers far more. They don't listen to them on everything because apparently they're too busy playing Apex to care completely. I wish I was joking about that. However, if the community is complaining about something with solid evidence Bungie doesn't care at all. If it got changed it is usually because a streamer pointed it out. So, hopefully Dato's complaint does something next week with Shadowkeep since Bungie is too busy playing another game right now. I was on another thread in here where Bungie stepped in to say "sorry you had a bad time, but there is no SBMM in QP!" They then claimed there was SBMM in another mode. When we pointed that there was 0 SBMM, with credible evidence, Bungie shrugged it off and stopped responding. Guess their Apex match was more important, yet again!
