It's not going to be nearly as fun. People knock it. But dark below had so many fun memorable set pieces....
Swords mysteriously appearing in the cosmodrome, power hive Appearing through out the game in missions and strikes, jumping into the Abyss. Running lamps, trying to defeat the death singer, the first time you legit ran sword.
Scoring black hammer....
What am I gonna get here..nightmare fragments and phantom engrams and oh look rotating boses, reskinned rewards and time gated level difficulties!!

Yup. I remember the first time we ran the Lamps, with no idea what we were doing and then learning, not only do the lamps light up - they explode and kill us! Oh and the holes, and the thralls that climb out of the holes and trip you so you either stop moving or fall into the holes. And making a wrong turn and realizing - "gee their are no more lamps that way" as a pack of angry thralls or thrall exploders catch up to you. Eventually it became a laugh track of people running, screaming, laughing and dying.
