If you get suckered by FOMO, that’s on you. Nobody forces you to do anything. You always have s choice. Being forced to play one game because you spent 10 bucks is the saddest thing I ever heard.

That’s what I’m doing. I don’t want to be suckered in, but by making things time limited and pushing FOMO, I would feel like I’m wasting my money unless I played this game a lot. Shadowkeep is the first Destiny release/expansion I haven’t pre-ordered. Their decisions on how they want to run this game have pushed me away. Timed content and excessive grind have put me right off. But I’m annoyed by that, because this game has so much POTENTIAL. They just never live up to it and go in directions I don’t want to go.
