The problem for you, you little fanboy, is Bungie and Activision have both spoken about the terms of the agreement and Activision in no way told Bungie what to do. In fact, Activision USED THEIR OWN MONEY to hire two other developers to help Bungie release content on time, add onto that, Bungie was allowed to own the IP, unlike Halo who Microsoft made sure to own the IP.
