I accidentally played with a hacker in competitive, is my account in danger of being restricted?

So i was playing comp and kept getting matched with the same few people. We won all of the games we played so they invited me to join their group. i agreed and we flew in to another match. Once we landed i started getting messages from some players on the enemy team saying that the people i had joined were cheating. At first i chalked it up to people just being toxic in comp, but then i started paying more attention to my teammates. One of them clearly was firing a revoker sniper rifle way faster than should've been possible and another seemed to be using some sort of aimbot, as they never missed a headshot. I told the opponents who messaged me that i understood and after the match was over, i left the group and removed them from my friends list. I know for a fact that the enemy team, me, and several other players had reported them for cheating. Now i'm just paranoid that i will be lumped in with them even though i wasn't cheating. I have close to 4000 hours in this franchise and i'd hate to lose it because of the malicious intent of others. Any help or recommendations on what to do from here would be great. Thanks.

  • Yes.. you are at risk any time you play in a premade fireteam with a cheater. If you left after 1 match might not be an issue unless something was detected on your end. Either way, whats done is done. You need to just hope for the best.
