I highly doubt they are going to do this, especially since everyone had 4 weeks to purchase whatever they were looking to purchase. However, they did say that there was a couple of items that were not made available for bright dust so they will be put into Eververse in season 9. I'm not sure if they will put the shells in there or not, but it's something.

Edited by Nighda: 8/27/2019 5:58:04 PMI really hope they do pull through, and if they did, it really would show that they have transcended activision's business practices (not to say shadowkeep isn't looking great and that they aren't improving the bright dust system). Whether they do help or not, making this post couldn't have hurt. I did buy that silver with the intent to buy that shell, after all, and only missed it by a minute or two.
