So I've noticed quiet often... the full mag Burst doesn't work right. There's no explosion, no bonus damage... just regular fusion. And it's not a once in a while thing... no this happens a [b]lot.[/b] Just at times the perk doesn't even work at all, and yes... the mag is full when this happens. 7 charges on the fusion rifle... the perk is active on the screen... no bonus damage, no explosion on kill. Cause after it keeps doing the same damage numbers. Is this a bug, is it being looked at? Anyone else having this problem?
