Stop crying, the gun is a 150 rpm that perk has already been practically neutered, all 150s 3 tap and the only advantage you gain is the body shot damage.
This is a pinnacle weapon and should feel stronger then normal ones.
Hand cannons sit at the revered slot because they are the hardest primaries to use.
Spraying forgiving autos or pulses or sitting at the back of the map with scouts vs risming close range fights where missing a shot means you're dead should be rewarding.
Also I love the clan: "Mind over meta"
While rocking a one eyed mask titan + recluse + wardcliff and bygones with super mods.
Its obvious you likely cant use cannons skillfully and 3xpect bungie to change things that arent broken because you take personal issue with not being able to use them #HonestTruth

Literally the easiest weapon to use in the game, you spray as hard as you can unless you have full auto in which case you simply hold down the trigger and let the gun do it for you, if you have trouble aiming or holding a target that gusts for you, every 40 year old dad who have no thumbskill anymore rotate to that gun for a reason

You're an embarrassment. Three round burst weapons are not spray and pray. You would atleast have some merit if you were talking about the 540 RPM's but even that's a reach because they aren't fully auto and no, the Full Auto Perk still does not count because conventionally, spray and pray has always referred to weapons with no delay between shots.

It's too easy to get kills with Luna... everyone is a pro with it. You said it's a pinnacle weapon and therefore it should be strong, so explain: Recluse is a pinnacle weapon too. How come I don't see that in the top 5 of the meta? Mountain Top is a pinnacle weapon too. How come I don't see that in the top 5 of the meta? Revoker is a pinnacle weapon too. How come I don't see that in the top 5 of the meta? For some reason everyone goes for Luna's Howl. Of course because it's so unbalanced and overpowered that even an idiot can make kills with it. I'm not good with handcannons and yet I put Luna in my vault after the first 500 kills. It was pretty obvious.

Because luna is a season 4 weapon that been around much longer? Like did you put any thought into this post before making it?
