There's no such thing as an "absolutely viable stable WiFi" connection. They are inherently unstable. I won't bother you with the technical nitty-gritty, but take it from someone who went to school for this stuff. The moment you have more than one device connecting to said WiFi there is a drop in speed etc.. WiFi is also notorious for Package Drop, which will impact your connectivity and game-play in a big, big way. And then I'm leaving out interference like someone turning on the microwave (yes, really!) or other appliances that will wreak havoc on a WiFi connection nearby. The only viable way to play is via a wired connection.

I know.. I'm a bit familiar with the technicalities too; I'm absolutely aware of the issues with WiFi connection, but it is still impossible of a game to *require* a wired connection. Not everyone is able to use wired connection, and to make your game run on such a convoluted and demanding network structure is awful.

Destiny is having stability problems as it is, now imagine loads of people going online with inherently unstable WiFi connections. It would become utterly unplayable. In particular M.M. would suffer to the point of being rendered useless. I'm sorry you do not have the possibility to play wired. It would improve your gaming experience tremendously!
