We need to discuss the ogre in the room
3rd edit, because im just figuring out that some people are so painfully oblivious that they could dip their hand in boiling water and not notice for a good 20 minutes

- purposely prolonging the meat ball fight by constantly invading and slaughtering the other team for about an hour or so, then as salt in the wound melt the meat ball just in spite of the other team
[dont prolong it like a dick, melt it immediately if your going to melt it, and yes there are teams dedicated, specifically to prevent others from getting malfeasance, they are dicks, and THE HELLIANZ [BURN] is one of them, i got kicked for inactivity for 2 days, and that was their entire gambit goal ]
- stealing [b]every kill[/b], full well knowing it hinders another players progress (if player 1 needs bow kills and player 2 gets all the credit for killing the enemies with a pulse rifle, what do you know player 1 gets 0 credit towards their pinnacle weapon)
[literally cant explain this any clearer, its not a damn riddle]
- pushing players out of cover to be killed at all (wow cant believe this is the one i had to explain, when your low on life you can take cover to regenerate health, i know its hard to understand but try and use that thing between your ears)
[again, not a damn riddle]
- sitting back and AFK farming despite your team mates blatantly trying hard to complete the activity
[thankfully patched, but still a dick move]
- leaving someone to SOLO a task just because you know they wont be able to
[just as it says, my god, how may of you think every word and sentence is a coded message?]
- [this one is more common courtesy] going into a regular BASIC match of crucible or gambit with full pro gear
[ a pinnacle weapons in primary secondary and heavy slots, with master worked gear in all your Armor slots, for a basic or quick game thats like Babe Ruth playing against a bunch of little league kids]
- trying to push your team mates off an edge.... seriously guys, do none of you have decency?
[haven't had someone misunderstand this one yet]
- running ahead as fast as you can ignoring all enemies in a strike, just to spawn everybody into the boss with 0 mob kills
[ going through a strike fast is fine, but purposely force teleporting everybody into the boss room with 0 kills, thats a dick move, unless that is your fire teams plan]
as i run across these things ill pin them here, so far its my source of venting

The “looter shooter” where like half the game’s pursuits at any given time tell you what to use and/or where to use it for the sake of a pursuit. The loot based game that continually leaves loot behind as it updates and changes. The game with pursuits that don’t work with the game model because they disincentivize winning or they encourage people to leave early or go AFK. The game with the impractical PvE/PvP blend with almost no either/or options despite how vastly different those types of games are. The game with open worlds that barely get used for anything significant in favor of requiring players do the same closed team activities that have absolutely no variance and that rarely ever, if at all, get updated. Oh what Destiny COULD be. That thought always being in the back of my mind hinders my enjoyment of what is otherwise a really cool universe and story. Despite the fun that there is to be had, it’s also the epitome of wasted potential in the gaming world.
