Should Hunters be "Immune" during their dodge?

Yes, in PvP. They've got nothing else.

NO, NOT AT ALL! THAT'S SO OVERPOWERED!

It would be healthy for the game both in PvP & PvE

So first off, when it comes to PvP, Titans have Shoulder Charge which can basically be thought of as an "aimbot shotgun" and Warlocks have Handheld Supernova (and Rifts. Rifts are not OP, but it's a nice perk for the class and I'm going to use it to prove my point). What do Hunters have? The Dodge? Barely. I think the Hunter deserves to be immune to all damage throughout the whole dodge animation, at least in PvP. The Dodge in PvE has problems too: I often find myself dodging when I'm nearly dead from being shot by enemies, yet they (somehow) always laser me down throughout the entire dodge thus rendering it completely useless. If that's too much, then how about this: Make Tempest Strike do extra damage to the first enemy it hits (Thus giving it "one-shot" capabilities in PvP). If you agree, please upvote so we can spread the word. If you are reading this post and you think it sounds ridiculous to give hunters invincibility during their dodge, then think of it this way: What if the Titan's Shoulder Charge didn't exist yet and this article was proposing that Bungie adds a "one-shot dash-attack" for Titans? It would sound absolutely preposterous, right? The Hunter needs to be buffed. Thanks.
