Well...it’s not an “issue”, as all save data is on Bungie’s servers. Our console doesn’t hold any of it.

either way, im still getting the “Limited software license agreement” page when I enter D2 and i want it fixed :( clearing my cache didnt work

Yes. That’s normal. The terms/conditions were likely updated, so we have to read/accept the new agreement before we are allowed into the game.

I’m concerned at the fact that if I agree to the terms, it will start a new character and ill lose my data lol

You won’t. Character data can only be manually deleted. So agreeing to the new terms won’t affect your character.

it worked, I see my characters, but I went back to manage game to see if my data was physically, and visibly there and it wasn’t so now I’m confused why that is...

Again...there is NO SAVE DATA on our console. Thus, why nothing is showing in the D2 saved data area.
