Imagine being able to collect tokens from the rally, and being able to farm God roll faction weapons kind of like the menagerie. Keep the random engram for 20 tokens, but add weapon and armor engrams for 100 tokens per purchase.

If it's permanently there to go and do it be okay with this. Gives some dictation of what we want for our stuff. Though I wouldn't do 100 is say 50.
