Banned which I don't know a reason

Hello my guardians, I'm really sad for this ban, I have no problem with ethernet... This game is my life, without it I will lose and I will in pain. What I did wrong??? I'll be glad to know the reason.

On pc it’s due to unwanted programs or software implementation (ie macros). A list of what you have could give insight to your ban.
