Honestly Bungie could just say we already found it in the Necrochasm, like they did with the Rose/Lumina situation, and mess up with the lore again, but...I hope not.

Edited by Smity Werbenjagermanjensen: 7/9/2019 7:34:19 PMI really hope not. Husk of the Pit/Necrochasm had a totally different backstory
-
I hope not either. This is a new Bungie, one has to believe
-
Erm, "new" bungie were behind the lumina quest......
-
The Lumina Quest was still under the Annual Pass, which is still Activision content. The “new” Bungie are behind what’s coming in Shadowkeep and everything in the future
-
Activision had no creative input. The annual pass was Bungie's idea.
-
No “creative input” sure. But they definitely forced Bungie to shell it out fast, leading it to be as shit as it was. Why do you think Bungie left? That was the final straw.
-
Seeing as Bungie are releasing another annual pass, with a similar schedule, I suspect that you will have to rethink that. There is no "new" bungie, only the same bungie
-
There is CLEARLY a new Bungie. It’s a shame you can’t see all the good they’ve done since they split from Greedavision. Stuff that’s been done directly to spite Greedavision
-
Like what? do enlighten me ☺
-
The changes to Eververse, the RPG elements finally coming in, cross save, all of that
-
RPG "Elements" were already in d1, Bungie took them out (also in the last vidoc they admit that this was down to them), eververse is even MORE monetised than before, cross save was an issue with playstation, not specifically activision, and also was necessary due to the stadia launch. I am not entirely sure how any of these things "spite" activision. They got rid of a troublesome developer who was constantly getting bad press, and got £160 million back for the trouble. I'd say activision are very happy with the arrangement ☺
-
It’s monetized NOW. Not when September 17th rolls around. Remember, this is still Activision content we’re going through.
-
Edited by Vertillian: 7/20/2019 5:12:07 PMEververse is Bungie, not activision. It was monetised even more AFTER activision left. Oh, and as for the 17th, don't expect any miracles, they recently released a limited time emote for 1000 silver. That's £8.99. The same as the Iron Banner emote that people tried to blame on activision 😆
-
The Iron Banner emote was Activision’s idea for shits and giggles just because they’re greedy. The recent lore emote was to give people a discount on the recent lore anthology book if they wanted it. I don’t see the harm in that. That was for a purpose.
-
The Iron Banner emote was Bungie's idea ☺ as are all of the in game cash items.... the arc week emotes, thunderlord skins, Outbreak skins..... all Bungie. The emote isn't just for a discount on the book smh, it's £8.99, gives you a 20% discount, but only on bungie.net lol
-
Alright I’m done. You’re clearly just not open to seeing reason, so i won’t argue with you anymore.
-
Edited by Vertillian: 7/20/2019 5:50:10 PMYou haven't provided any reason ☺ btw, the book on Bungie.net is $5 more than on amazon (actually on u.k amazon it's £15, so it's at least a $12 saving, even before the extortionate postage fee to u.k from Bungie. Net)...... so you get a $4 discount on a book that can be bought $5 cheaper not directly from Bungie. .... if you spend $10 on an emote. Where is the reasoning behind generosity and greed there?
