Yeah, but how do i earn those weapons? Do you agree that they are really good, to a point that if two equally matched players duel, the one with pinnacle weapons will win? If so, how am i expected to earn those weapons, if i can't beat them, because these people already have them?

No, I don't actually agree with that. Mountaintop isn't that good and Recluse on its own isn't good until you get a kill with it. None of them are exceptional in 1v1s on just base level.

Weapons such as recluse and mountain top aren’t “instant win” guns. Yes they are very good but don’t make a player invincible. If you see a team using a bunch of recluses, change up your strategy. Simple as that.
