Bungie, at this point you could just open up the entire Leviathan as a patrol space
It has so many varied locations now with the Menagerie, Underbelly, Spire of Stars and the rest that with a few more connections and tunnels it would make for one enormous and cool patrol space complete with a NPC vendor (finally add Gus the slovenly) and even unique public events.
Consider.

That's a bad idea. Patrols are for when guardians are keeping a planet safe from enemies. Leviathan doesn't fit into that category. Calus wouldn't just let us go there to place patrol beacons and kill ...his cabal?? It just doesn't make sense.
