is it your first time doing the heroic outbreak mission? if so you can't do configurations yet. Until it's beat on heroic first

Nah we did it. We have the catalyst. The configuration is there. 2/3 of us picked it up and completed it but our other friend couldn’t complete it because he couldn’t pick it up
