Why only now I'm yearning for a cigarette?
I could smoke 1 cigarette a week right? Or a few on 1 day per week? It's almost nothing.
But even 1 cigarette per week would mean I'm a smoker and the toxic stuff would never leave my body, right?
Because I would refill it once a week and it takes ages for the human body to get rid of it. And those toxic stuff can cause blemished skin and diseases.
I'd bite my ass if one day the doctor tells me: "Sir I'm sorry, but you have lung cancer because you didn't have the discipline to stop smoking 20 years ago." And I'd be a bit disappointed in myself if I threw those 38 days away.
But I miss it. It's like a part of my soul and my freedom is gone.

Thanks guys. You help me staying strong. I will resist the urge.[/b] 😏🖕 🚬

Edited by weirdboy99: 6/24/2019 10:18:57 AMYou could use a vaporiser and tone down the nicotine over time, but since it is 38 days now it is probably more the habbit of smoking than actual nicotin adiction. Good luck though I know what it is like, I quit smoking a few times but upon this day never truely managed it so I use a vaper now.
