Why only now I'm yearning for a cigarette?
I could smoke 1 cigarette a week right? Or a few on 1 day per week? It's almost nothing.
But even 1 cigarette per week would mean I'm a smoker and the toxic stuff would never leave my body, right?
Because I would refill it once a week and it takes ages for the human body to get rid of it. And those toxic stuff can cause blemished skin and diseases.
I'd bite my ass if one day the doctor tells me: "Sir I'm sorry, but you have lung cancer because you didn't have the discipline to stop smoking 20 years ago." And I'd be a bit disappointed in myself if I threw those 38 days away.
But I miss it. It's like a part of my soul and my freedom is gone.

Thanks guys. You help me staying strong. I will resist the urge.[/b] 😏🖕 🚬

My father had the same idea, but he got lung cancer (he recovered, not to stress you out. It also could’ve been because he already smoked before, though). I wouldn’t suggest it, maybe get some nicotine gum.
