Yes, Flashpoint is supposed to give a powerful reward. It's what I received when I handed it in to Ana Bray. No other items given in my inventory. My inventory was not full in any slot and nothing in my mailbox. It was a 692 Right side of wrong pulse rifle awarded on hand in. I've been 700 since before the update and currently 711. All other powerfuls are dropping between 713 and 715 from all other powerful rewards i've completed this week so far.
