why is there no enhanced auto rifle perk ? because -blam!- em thats why

I know right the precision skill weapon the hand cannon gets the easy button perk set for reloads and aim assist while AR's don't even exist as far as Bungie is concerned. They think they are cowboys or something over there with their cheeto stained fingers....
