If they were bounties you picked up prior to Tuesday then Bungie warned us that any bounties turned in would not count unless you played a match first.

Also thanks for the reply. If you have the chance to reply back to this where did they post that so I can look it up? Or to know about future issues.

These items usually show up in the TWAB which comes out every Thursday afternoon/evening. They also may be listed in the patch notes. In this particular case I believe the bounty issue was in the TWAB a couple weeks before Opulence was released.

Today is my first day playing in a week. I picked up all fresh bounties today.
