Destiny is leaving Battle.net completely, and all PC players will be switched over to Steam. Everything you already own will be transferred over, but if you want Shadowkeep, you have to buy it through Steam. There will not be an option to buy it through Battle.net, as it will never be able to be played there.

One more question. If i bought Steam pre-ored now, I would buy Destiny 2 two times, and me should wait and buy ShadowKeep as DLC, because now it sell as only a full game, I can't byu Shadowkeep without game?

You wouldn’t be buying the game a second time. When Shadowkeep releases so does New Light which effective makes the base game, Osiris, and Warmind free.

Shadowkeep has the base game, curse of Osiris and Warmind for free included as they will be free anyway when New Light goes live in September. The price of Shadowkeep won’t change.
