So with Outbreak Perfected being Outbreak Primes return to Destiny it got me thinking about some of the other Exotics that haven't come over yet. Namely funnily enough, The 4th Horsemen. Was thinking if they brought it back, they could make it the one shotgun that has a fire rate of insanity (like 250 or something like that). Give it unnerfed trench barrel and that kind of fire rate for great Exotic power, since all the newer Exotics are really good. Got off topic a bit there (I want 4th horsemen back lul) but how do you guys feel about returning weapons? Should they even be a thing, and if so/not why? Is it fair to make something like Mida just be Mida, or should it get a buff to make it more like the other returning Exotics like Thorn and TLW?
