They are very rare, but do drop. I don't recall Bungie releasing the actual numbers. I have 90 clears on PC and have all 3 items, but while I have more EP clears on PS4, I only have the ghost there.

thanks for the info. so I'm not going to waste more time grinding before they buf the drop rate (if they ever do)
