It may seem as though you're stable when playing but but it possibly doesn't seem that way to other players hence all the tea bagging.
I guess if enough people report you get banned.
It's not fair that you cant do anything about it but also it's not fair for others having to play against you if you're lagging.

I feel like my play group would say something about how bad it was if it was really severe, because I would appear to them like I would to an opponent, no one has ever said that I display erratic movement or kills when we play. I do appreciate that you see the plight however, people are locked to where we can't simply go upgrade our net packages and do better, and I feel like bungie just doesn't care.
