An Alternative Nerf to Mag Howl

So basically. The change to 150 isn't that bad in my opinion. A .8 ttk is still pretty fast, and very easy to obtain with the recoil of a 180. But I think the changes to magnificent howl could be done better. So here's the suggestion. Play with precision damage ramping when you proc magnificent howl. For example. (With rough numbers that would most likely work) I get two rapid heashots, proc'ing magnificent howl. This shot now deals 95 to the head and 70 to the body. If the next shot is a headshot as well, ramp it up to 110 to the head, still 70 to the body. If a headshot is missed, take away the perk. Cap it at 100 an end the perk on a timer and/or when a kill is secured. This means that it would also not be possible to proc mag howl and kill with 1 headshot and 1 body, rewarding ONLY precision. This would make it's competitive viability go back up for those really niche but rewarding times when you are able to hit all of your headshots, but keep it to where as a 150, you could not 2 tap with body shots with a mag howl proc. This situation doesn't happen as of right now more than once or twice per game, even if that, and it is more forgiving than what I am suggesting. I just want to see this done correctly, because I want my NF to be strong, but I also want it to be balanced, and as of right now, it's just not. Also, this would allow the perk to not be absolutely useless in pve. It wasn't wildly viable before, but it wasn't ranked the worst for clearing majors, as the headshot multiplier of mag how is quite significant. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.
