If amazon is saying it comes with a code they would be the ones to supply you with a code. I cannot even find a kindle version of the book searching amazon.

I attached the link to it above. After asking amazon, basically, they didnt ever even receive codes from bungie, so they have nothing to send us.

Then they would need to contact their bungie reps (internal business to business stuff) and obtain the codes, same as when they sell preorder packs etc.

not necessarily. They did something similar with the preorder of forsaken, they got it sorted and issued codes. I would just keep pressure on Amazon service as they are the ones who sold you the item

amazon is going to investigate it now, hopefully that will get bungie to do what they are supposed to do
