7 down 0.5 up hardline. Followed the advanced guidelines for latency and packet loss, like checking if upnp was on. don't remember everything i did since I've done these things a month after release with no success.

Destiny requires 1M up and down (tested not advertised), I have seen it use around .774M on my router, so if you are only getting .5 up that is going to cause you to lag on the enemy screens. Unfortunately, the only way to fix that issue would be to contact your ISP for a higher plan.
