I have only lived long enough to have one dog pass, and we did not interact much with that dog. I cannot imagine losing the dog I’ve grown up with more than half of my life, and I cannot comprehend how it will feel. As a pet sitter who has seen several dogs that I loved to spend time with die, I offer you my deepest and sincerest condolences. I like to think that we will one day see our pets again, or perhaps when our lives flash before our eyes, we can catch one final glimpse of our beloved pets.
