No Validation in Choosing the Vanguard

There is no valid justification for choosing the Vanguard. It is the wrong choice and picking it makes you look like a jackass. Both quests seemingly end with The Drifter being right and Aunor being wrong. This is bad writing for when you put players in a position to make a choice like this because now I completely regret making my choice to side with the Vanguard. I'm the bad guy now, thanks Bungie. If y'all are going to put more choices like this into the game, especially if D3 is going to be much heavier and it's RPG elements, y'all need to learn to write both sides as being valid and justifiable. There is no validation or justice when choosing the Vanguard because it ends with you being wrong. Drifter is a suspicious, gray area character. Aunor is a self-righteous, gray area character. There is no gray area in the choice between the two. you either choose correctly and side with a Drifter, who has been right all along, or you choose wrong and you side with Aunor and end up looking like a total jackass. This isn't good writing, Bungie. If this wasn't a character based choice I would be much more pissed at this. The fact that the Vanguard choice is poorly written and has no justification or validation is, simply put, upsetting.
