Does Iron Banner Gear need to look like Medieval European knight armor? No. But that armor looked pretty sweet. We loved It. It set the bar. Is the Wolf/Samurai/Horned armor from D2 S1&S2 good? Yeah it was pretty cool and had interesting cultural themes mixed in. Then the shiny ripply armor and weapons came out and it was gross and has been since then. Although this season looks sleeker it still no where near what D1 had and not as fascinating as the beginning of D2. Are there other cultural or animal-esque designs that could be explored? Hells to the Yes. Warlords Vs Iron Lords. What animals are known to be sworn enemies? Cobra/Mongoose maybe? sounds weird but its really just an Idea to build off of. These slimmer designs this season could be morphed into animal shapes down the road. Blam-ing Dinosaurs?Dragons with Scales? WHY NOT?! IDK it would be more interesting that's for sure. Lol, dino/lizard armor and I'm totally playing the rest of D2 as an Argonian :P Scales, Fur, Bones(Gheleon?), Dead ghosts from enemy warlords? Sounds dark... might make sense if the lore suddenly points to Iron Lords not being so good guys. Not to mention The crucible armor that looks like the titan set is some kind of sword fetishist with peacocks on its shoulders and a mullet and bald spot on its head. ***VOMITS***
