Synthesizer upgrade bug please help
My synthesizer upgrade is still bugged after weeks so that there's no way for me to upgrade. Here's what happened:
- I completed the drifter bounty to upgrade from weak synthesizer (green) to middling (blue)
- when I cashed in the bounty, I never received the middling synth (blue). Instead, the weak (green) synth remained in my inventory
- drifter bounties now are for upgrading to purple synth
- I can't make any progress on the reckoning portion of the Prime Weekly Bounty as the weak motes now aren't registering as my "highest quality" available
I tried deleting my synth but no luck there.
Please help, this is really frustrating.

I’m having the same type of problem except I have the middling synthesizer and I did the bounty to upgrade it to purple and it says I did it but my synthesizer is still blue

20 RepliesHi Frumpleba. Thanks for reporting this issue to us. To confirm, when you delete the weak synthesizer and reacquire it, it's the same synthesizer, and when getting the weekly bounty and creating a mote in the weak synthesizer, the bounty doesn't update. How many times did you create a mote, bank it, and complete a round of the Reckoning?
