Spawn Algorithms
There are none. This has been a long-standing issue that has yet to be addressed. People are being thrown in front of enemies or in enemy spawn regions. I’ve personally lost track of how many times i’ve been killed directly off spawn.

Agreed - and dedicated sweats have long since been manipulating the spawns to kill players before they can even move while respawning.

Bungie are just plain incompetent at this point, you may be better off directing your feedback towards someone like Unkown player or Datto or the likes. Maybe just slip in a D2 feedback request amongst the video replies for example ;)

Yeah I was in quick play today against a full stack and was spawn killed three in a row. Made a quick exit after the third death. Need bigger maps man!

Truth. I've spawned and been melted by supers, even with the respawn overshield.
