Division 2 is in a good position

The reviews are in, the people who paid for division 2 early access have tried it. And there's been overall praise for the game for the most part. A lot of people have said division 2 has barely any loading screens, there's little to no glitches (so far). And instead of tedious point defense missions (*cough* anthem) levels take you all around the map, and have interesting level mechanics. So, maybe division 2 is one of the best looter shooters we've had so far going by the reviews.

    1. Actually the game has lots of loading screens. Massive is just **very good** at hiding them. You get loading screens whenever you fast travel.....and you're also getting loading screens every time the game is having you either ride in an elevator or go up or down ladders or ropes. 2. The first Division game actually launched with MORE stability problems and glitches than Anthem did...and it took Massive MUCH longer to fix them. The Divison 2 is a SEQUEL....so massive had three years of live time with The Division to smooth out all the problems. So comparing a three year old franchise to a brand new one is just silly. 3. What "level mechanics"?? 4. The Division 2 deserves the praise its getting for three reasons a. Massive stuck with The Division and fixed all of its problems when they could have "taken the money and ran". b. Massive turned to their community to ask them what kind of game we wanted to play. They LISTENED to us. ACTED on what we told them and THEN ASSESSED the accuracy of what they'd done (BUNGIE). So the last 2 years was basically a giant beta test for the sequel. c. They applied all that they learned from overhauling the first game....applied it to the sequel...and then BUILT upon it creatively. So you have a game that is very interesting blend of shooter game....loot game....and open-world RPG that makes SENSE as an open world game. Anthem has its problems....but BioWare is fixing them fast...and doing MANY of the same "right things" that Massive did in turing The Division franchise into what we see now. Actually of the three companies, I'd say that Bungie in the most precarious position. They are fighting with their customers....ignoring feedback...and focusing on giving us new things to do. But largely ignoring giving us new things to chase.
