Buffing Ward of Dawn (Opinion)

Bungie nerfed ward of dawn going into D2 and I completely get it because it became almost needed for alot of groups to either help with damage or save people from dying when you couldn't revive in raids. But in D2 now warlocks have an alternative being the Well of Radiance which does the same job as the Ward of the dawn but id argue that it's far superior. It just feels like if Titans had ward of dawn be at least a little better it could help them out in a variety of raid encounters and activities! For example in scourge of the past when is a Titan useful for the final encounter? Hunters can use golden gun with celestial night hawk for a good amount of boss damage, warlocks have well to help people from dying from adds and amazing offensive supers like the buffed Nova bomb if you want to get right under the boss and melt from there (sounds crazy but it's ALOT OF DAMAGE). Meanwhile Titans don't have any practical uses in the raid for there supers or abilities that any of the other classes cant do just as well or better. The only areas where I find a good use for ward of dawn is the initial encounter in spire of stars if your on add clearing since on prestige you can die so fast. And also during the symbol plates in the final two encounters. The newest area where it's good is the bridge encounter in the reckoning. All three of these are assuming your using the helm of saint 14 exotic for the over shield, but once again, Well of Radiance can do these all better because you can shoot from inside it and with the right exotics instantly get another one as soon as it finishes or reload the weapons automatically of everyone inside it. I guess what I'd like to see done is that Ward of Dawn is to have a weak over shield if you walk in and out of the bubble (with a stronger one for the helm of saint 14 along with blinding). Having Ursa furiosa fill up your super gauge based off of damage the Ward took (not sure if it's currently like this because I have to use helm of saint 14 always). Another awesome thing that could happen in adding the Glass House exotic from D1 to give the Ward of dawn weapons of light, so that it can be used as a slight damage buff (like15-20%) so it can be used for that option! I'd love to hear what you guys think about my purposed changes or what you guys think could be done for Ward of Dawn!!!
