SCP-029-OT (Jestingworm697 as an SCP)

Image of SCP-029 post removal surgery Object Classification: Safe Containment Procedures: SCP-029 is to remain within a 30x15 cm metal tube with the required nutrients constantly supplied through synthetic tissue contained within SCP-029's containment. The tube containing the SCP-029 specimen is not to be open and no further testing will be required for SCP-029. Description: SCP-029 is a worm shaped parasite of roughly .3 meters (1foot) in length capable of transmitting information directly into a hosts brain through electrical signals. In most circumstances, information from SCP-029 is related to robotics and engineering. Subject's affected by SCP-029 feel a constant need to utilize information granted by 029, suffering extreme anxiety when not. SCP-029 was found during a information induced panic attack, causing D-3920 to lash out uncontrollably. CAT scans discovered what was initially presumed a tape worm attached to D-3920's brain. Further testing confirmed a pattern between spikes in stress within D-3920, and electrical impulses produced by SCP-029. Addendum-029-1
Interview with D-3920 conducted by Agent Chambers. Agent Chambers: So, in most cases we usually use D-Class for tests on SCPs which makes this a bit odd that your already under the influence of one. so how do you feel? D-3920: I bit jittery. Hey umm, you guys have a drone in need of repairs? I can fix it. Just please, give me something to work on so that damn thing in my head will chill the [Redacted] out! Agent Chambers: Calm down D-39- D-3920: Calm down? Look, that thing squirming around in my skull ain't making calm down an option. Man I'm trying not to pick up this chair and throw it! Worm wants work, worm gets work. Then we can continue asking questions. Ya got it!? During the interview, D-3920 was given an damaged unmanned drone and some tools. D-3920: Thanks, and uhh sorry about that. It's just so freaking insistent you know? have all these ideas running through my head, next thing you know there's this little voice screaming at me. Agent Chambers: Screaming at you? you mean SCP-029? How did you obtain 029 by the way. D-3920: Me and this buddy of mine. We uh, we broke into this lab a while back. I was a reporter back in the day, and ok I'll admit it a bit of an idiot. Heard of a place doing human trials. So we manage to slip in and well we didn't see much. Honestly it just looked like a place stacked with cool robots. Fell in a deep puddle and a week later... me and my friend get to work and well the anxiety started and... umm... there's a reason I was on death row... that thing in my head... caused me to do something I regret... I know I came on board for a second shot, but honestly? Can I really go back out there after what I did? I'm pretty sure your going to cut my skull open and yank the thing out. But even if I make it, I don't think I can face the world again. Hey, apart from messing with my head, this thing gave me a lot of know how. I can probably give this place one hell of an overhaul. Agent Chambers: Are you asking for employment? D-3920 remained silent for a few seconds before nodding. Agent Chambers: I'll ask, but your still a D-Class for another few months. Just don't get your hopes up, I can't promise anything. Interview ended.
Addendum-029-2
Four months ago SCP-029 was removed from D-3920. D-3920 has survived the operation and as of March 19, 2008, has managed to survive his allotted time as a D-Class personnel.
A letter from Site-OT:
Due to D-3920's experience with robotics, Site-OT would like to extend an invitation to work for our engineering department. Your resume has already be written and a letter of recommendation already sent if you so choose to pursue this opportunity. We will require you to operate under the name Agent Jest. Upon joining you will be granted a designated living quarter upon arrival along with accommodations. Of course a standard phycological evaluation will still need to be conducted beforehand before we allow you on site, and the process may take 2 to 3 weeks for approval. Thanks, Dr. False

So one thing I rarely see is a D-Class seeking redemption and in this case, the fact D-3920 was a D-Class was actually an SCP at fault. Anyways I thought it was an interesting twist. Also I remember reading a few of Jestingworm697's posts talking about robotics so I wanted to incorporate that part in.
