I understand you contacted Blizzard support, but can you please do the following: Log out of the Blizzard Battle.net website entirely and log out of the Battle.net launcher. Then, log into the Blizzard Battle.net website, go to your account settings to view your game list. While there, make sure that it shows that you own Destiny 2 and the content you're after. If it shows up in your game list as all the content owned, then log into the Battle.net launcher and try again. If, however, Blizzard's own website shows that your account does not own the licenses, then the account you're using does not own the license. This is entirely and completely handled by Blizzard's own systems; Bungie cannot add/remove/change your Blizzard licenses. If Blizzard's systems are telling you that your account doesn't own it, then you need to continue speaking with them. The game can't read a license that's not there to read. So, please log out entirely (don't just close, but make sure to log out) and then log into the website again and check your account's game list. While there, can you please make a note of every addon you own for it. Please post that list here.

  • Done what you said... and checked again.... even compared with a friend... I have destiny... but... still can't play. battlenet support says that I communicate with bungie support, and here they say to speak with battlenet, what do I do? sorry for the delay, and by any means I want to sound rude, it's just that it's an unpleasant situation.

  • I can understand the frustration. As I asked in my post, can you please list everything that shows up as part of your Destiny 2 game ownership on the Battle.net website. Not what the representative said. We need to know exactly what the website, itself, on your account games list, is showing as owned for Destiny 2.

  • I just received the data request... and I have all the licenses but forsaken... which I don't understand why, by now I just want an explanation to know why I used to play every content and now I can't. I really appreciate all of your help guys, and I want to repeat saying that I didn't wanted to sound rude or anything bad, it's just an uncomfortable thing for a person who barely have time to play games and found a favorite one.

  • Can you list all of the D2 packages listed in your account?
